With the need to communicate with members more efficiently, the president and other members of the executive went on an island wide campaign with a view to selecting regional and parish representatives who would facilitate the flow of information to the members. The campaign was a huge success except that there were some parishes that were not adequately represented. However a significant number of interested persons became members, while a few existing members had there products on display. Some products were sold while others received helpful information on how to package their goods to meet requirements stipulated by the Bureau of standard. Here are the highlights from the meetings.
